Associate Service Requests to Purchase Orders

 Role Required: SDAdmin, Technicians with Edit permission for Purchase . 

You can associate service requests with purchase orders when the purchase orders were specifically raised for a request. This way, you can easily monitor the demand for items and their intended use. 

Associate one or more service requests to a purchase order.

1. Go to the Purchases module and select the respective customer from the filter in the header.
   
2. Click a purchase order name to open it.
   
3. In the purchase order details page, locate Associate Service Requests in the right pane and click Attach beside it.
   

1. On the pop-up displayed, select the service requests using the check boxes. You can sort the service requests based on customers by selecting the Customer dropdown, and you can also look for a specific request by clicking.
   
2. Click Associate after you've made your selection.
   

 

 

To remove an associated service request, click Detach beside Associate Service Requests, select the requests you wish to remove using the checkboxes, and click Disassociate.
