Asset Allocation Details
Asset Allocation Details provide an overview of assets, consumables, and software licenses assigned to a user or department, along with the total cost of allocated items, in a centralized location.
Currently, the asset allocation details page does not display the cost of consumables.
Role Required: SDAdmin and Technicians with View Asset permissionYou can access asset allocation details from the Assets module or from the Quick Actions menu.
View Asset Allocation Details
- Go to Assets.
- Click Asset Allocation Details from the bottom of the left pane.

Quick Actions

Asset Allocation Details.
Select User or Department from the drop-down. Select the required user or department from the list. You can search the user by the username, email address, or employee ID.
For users, you can view assets, consumables, software licenses, previous asset allocations, and total costs incurred for the allocated items.
For departments, you can view assets, consumables, software licenses, and the total cost of allocated items.
On the asset allocation details page, you can perform the following operations.
Print - Click the
Printer 
icon on the top-right of the page to print details such as allocated assets, software licenses, consumables, previous asset allocations (applicable only for users), and total cost.
Filter (applicable only for department) - Use the filter to view all assets in the department, assets assigned to users, or assets that are common across the department.
Search - Click

to perform column based search in the asset allocation details page.
Table Settings - Use Table Settings to customize the columns displayed on the details page. You can also sort the columns and set the number of records displayed per page.
