Asset Card View and Template View
Asset Card View
The card view helps you filter assets based on the type, category, and asset state. To access asset card view, click the required type/category on the left pane accordion.
Each category/product type is displayed as a card. Within each card, you will find the number of assets in each asset state.
- Clicking a card will open its list view.
- Clicking the number of assets in each state will open the list of assets in the corresponding state. In the list view, you can clear the filter, if needed.
- Click the plus icon
on the required card to create a new asset in the category/product type.
- Click the star icon in the required card to add the category/product type to Favorites on the left pane.
Asset Template View
The template view displays assets as an extensive list. The crucial information of an asset, such as product, product type, and state, is fixed as columns, while additional information, such as associated user and department, can be viewed under the asset name.
Role Required: SDAdmin, SDAssetManager, AssetConfig, users with View Assets permission.
To view assets in the template view, go to Assets and click the 
icon on the top-right.
To view customer-specific assets, use the customer drop-down in the application header.
All other aspects of the template view are same as the list view.
