Types of Asset Audit

In ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud, asset audits can be conducted in two ways:
  1. Technician-Conducted Audit: One or more technicians physically verify the assets using the mobile app. They can also scan the asset barcodes for verification.
  2. User Self-Audit: This is a self-audit process that does not require physical verification by a technician. Users can verify the ownership of their assets through the user portal.
